Are weeds the problem?

Determine the extent and type of weeds

Having weeds is only the start. There is a need to evaluate the types of weeds (is it a weed that causes significant damage?), their extent and their importance relative to the stage of crop growth (how many weeds are present per sq m? Size?).

OR, whether weeds are a problem now, or will they be a problem later either in this crop or in the next?

Is there water in the crop to either suppress weeds or to help make sure any treatment is effective or possible?
