Why is a final report important? Often, management and other staff have not been involved extensively in the development of the project. A final report is necessary to communicate the details of the e-Learning project you have completed and to prepare your organization for future implementations of the project. It answers such important questions as What was your return on investment (ROI)? and Were the hours spent in training, and the dollars invested in people, time and money well spent? |
