For many reasons farmers are often using agrochemicals. Unfortunately, a lack of understanding of the dangers involved in application can often lead to problems for the users, their families and the environment.
Thus, while, non-chemical options can often be recommended, it is important to have a basic understanding of the types of agrochemicals regularly sold and used by farmers – in order to help them protect themselves, their incomes and their environment.
